ABOUT

Lauren Fondren is a Texan writer, director and producer based in NYC. She is interested in films that expand on and explode out of reality with female/femme protagonists who don't smile much.

 

Lauren is a 2022 NYSC/NYFA Artist Fellow in Screenwriting and an alumna of Columbia's MFA program in film (writing & directing). Her previous lives have included theatre, foreign language, and the State Department.
